Studio Policy
Lesson Schedule

Lessons are given on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Lesson time are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM for school age students.

Lesson times are flexible for non-school age students. Please contact me for availabilities.

Lessons are 45 or 60 minutes, depending on student's age and skill.

Saturday lessons may be considered with prior notice.
Payment

Tuitions are invoiced on a monthly basis.

Personal check and Zelle are accepted.

Tuitions are due prior to the first lesson of the month.
Lesson Cancelled by Teacher

At times I may need to cancel lesson, advanced notice will be given unless it is due to an emergency.

I will offer possible times for a make-up lesson.

If a make-up lesson cannot be scheduled within the 30-day period. Credit for the lesson will rollover to the following month.
Lesson Cancelled by Student

Student may request a make-up session if early notice is given.

Early notice is defined as at least 24 hours in advance and must have valid reasons.

Early notice policy may be waived if the absence is due to an emergency such as illness or accident.

I will offer possible times for make-up lesson based on my availability.

The make-up lesson must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed lesson. If none of the offered times work for the student’s schedule, the tuition will be forfeited.

Tuition for the lesson is forfeited should the student miss a lesson without notice. Lesson will not be made-up.
Late Arrival

Lesson will end at the scheduled time if student arrives late.

At my discretion, I may extend the lesson time based on availability.
Lesson Termination

One month notice is requested for lesson termination.

If termination needs to occur prior to the end of the month, tuition for remaining lessons will be forfeited.
